Is Mccain medically fit to run this country?

He was a POW for many years ,then he was released.Would you say he has issues about this?Im not blaming him for that,but it still stands for reasoning,he has issues about being a POW.Just from the way he changes his mind in a second with his camp. this makes me wonder is he finished with all his issues concerning his POW stay.He seems unwilling to sit and talk things out before bombing a country,look at Iraq.Even though i am an Obama backer i only want respectful answers please.I would like also the Republican`s who answer this question to have respect.
