Media Life VS Reality Life?

Im a 15 year old girl from little old New Zealand. I have recently been watching reality shows like Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Daddy's Girls, Kimora lIfe in the fab lane etc. When I watch those shows I feel like I am there and then when its over I realise that its the media and its not my life. I cant help but envy their lives in LA and wish I lived there. Is this bad for me thinking like this?
