Organic Chem Uknown question, help is needed!!!?

My solution is a pale yellow and there are still particles in the bottom of my flask, I know the compound was dissolved in distilled water. After several tests I found PO4 to have the best match as the negative ion, but I don't know the positive. Thought it was bismuth but now know that would be insoluble. any help?
