Why does my dad expect so much of me?

my dad expects heaps of me im 14 and i play aussie rules footy and i am want to play in the AFL and next year im going up to under 16s my dad expects me to win the best and fairest he expects me to get best on ground every game he expects me to get about 30 kicks a game he expects me to get about 6 goals a game he takes my football so serious i mean after i played an ordinary game he started saying to me you played like **** and stuff like that also i play on the wing so its not my job to kick a bag of goals every single game AFL players just started their pre season training 1 and a half weeks ago and he expects me to have started my own training and he expest me to be playing state football next year so can someone tell me why he expects so much of me.
