Who would make a good Indiana Jones?

Since it's not really plausible for Harrison Ford to do this anymore, who would be a good Indiana Jones? I realize that Harrison Ford really made those movies because of his personality and his wit, aside from his looks as a modern day leading man. Who now a days could pull it off? I think Leonardo DiCaprio could do it, but he may still be a little to young. It should be someone in their mid thirties or older. Someone who can create a cheeky personality like Ford did.
