Help with a mitsubishi pajero?

i have just purchased a mitsubishi pajero, which has a tv screen,and touch screen radio, the radio works fine, i get a flicker black and white picture on the tv, 2 sets of ariels on the roof, can anyone give me any info or website adresses on how to sort this problem out,
