What to wear with this skirt???*********?

Definitely wear something with more color, other wise it will be too much navy. Maybe yellow or red tights or tank top. Or a pair of earrings in yellow or red. The skirt is super cute, but if the rest of you is all in navy, I just don't think it will stand out much.
